We are launching a targeted project to double audience engagement for a local lifestyle brand over a 3–6 month period. The goal is to significantly enhance interaction across digital platforms while also increasing community participation through local in-person events.
Our approach is to build on the brand’s local roots and amplify its community presence both online and offline.
The rollout will begin with a content and engagement audit, followed by a structured calendar of content and community activations. In months two and three, we’ll scale interactive campaigns and partnership efforts.
Deliverables for this project include a full 3-month content calendar, an influencer/partner collaboration plan, an engagement playbook, and detailed monthly performance reports. This project is designed to help the brand grow not just in numbers, but in real community impact.
